The Stronkey Saloon

 An alternative Hangout to the nextdoor site which has become so bloated with ads and over moderation that  you can't see the forest for the trees. 

This site is based on the open source package Discourse and it is a bulletin board type software with lots of bells and whistles and can be customized in many ways so this is just the start.
